In this two hour movement meditation, Teena will open the workshop with one hour of basic floor Yoga to gently bring vitality to the body and soothe the mind.

 

Patricia will transition us to Yin Yoga for the 2nd hour, diving deep into the connective tissues surrounding the heart, rib cage and back. Experience deep supported stretches to open the heart and release what no longer serves you ...

allowing you to receive.
